it is definately harder to split when dry...
if that mulberry isnt cooking you out of the house then it isnt ready.... That stuff burns really hot
try it next year, I bet it'll be great then......
And I'll be burning some mulberry here soon that I scrounged and and split when my first daughter was born 4 years ago. That thar is some nice wood....
