Yup. I always buy more than enough pellets for the upcoming winter in the spring right after shutting the stove down for the year. Then I buy more...
Set it to run temp auto and use an appropriate setting temp for your situation. Then it will come on when needed and you don't have to think about it.
I leave my stove in room temp manual for the heart of the winter with the temp dial on the stove set to approx 74 and the skytech tstat set to 68 or...
Exactly why i added "But that doesn't mean yours will" at the end of that statement.... :)
Oh so you are talking about the smell outside?
Sounds like the manual does not require any thermal resistance to the hearth pad.
My stove has handled mwp, gs, gt, newp all fine. But that doesn't mean yours will.
How do you smell them burning? Isn't the burnpot area under negative pressure?
Glad it worked for you! :)
The imbalance was what I was thinking too. If you didn't remove the fan and clean it real good you could have missed some spots thus creating an...
Nice to see another small business selling pellets in Maine. :)
Did you remove the distribution blower and clean it over the summer?

Odd looking burnpot ;)

Business as usual here... I always make sure I have more than I need to start the season. Have over 4 tons and about 5 cord of wood.
Ouch! That hurt the wallet!!!
Service is one reason why I keep going back to Sib. Nice guy, will place the pallets in my garage in the exact spot that I ask. One time I could not...
Did you ask the delivery person if they could place them where you wanted them?

Based on other people's comments who have sprayed the inside of their stove with cooking spray, you will probably be unimpressed with the lack of...
Some damp rid and plugging the oak and exhaust goes a long way.
Doesn't look too bad. Probably just surface rust anyway and it will disappear after a few hours of burning.
