Seems like the newer ceramic baffles that Regency is making are a lot sturdier than the older ones.
Any thoughts or knowledge to share on this?...
Regency has manuals for their older stoves here.
One dealer gave me a price of $45 for one side of the baffle.
Another dealer's price on one side of the baffle was $55, plus $15 shipping.
Can anyone tell me the changes that were made from the F2100 to the F2400?
What year did Regency change the design?
Any idea why?
Thanks Cary. I am buying it used, so warranty is no good for me. Wanted to figure out how much to ask them to knock the price down.
Anyone know what one replacement baffle for the F2400 costs?
Any idea what the brick set costs?
Thanks in advance.
What kind of burn times are you getting ?

That is similar to my experience in Northern Vermont, only heating an old house with a wood stove on the first floor, basement stayed 36 to 40*...

The basement stays at 50* with no heat source at all.
Do a search on Quadrafire or a search on Lopi on these forums and you can read what I have. There are at least 6 examples of quadrafire problems...
I am looking for opinions and advice on buying a used stove for use as my primary whole-house heat source.
Here is my situation:
