Having a beer trying to determine which would be better, natural charcoal or TEC infrared. I think charcoal lets me have more beer HMMM?

Just made a beer run to make sure the charcoal is well attended to.

I use some of smoke shows beer to soak my wood chips in. I sprinkle the chips over the coals just before the meat hits the grille. Adds nice smoke flavor.

I save this for my own consumption!

Beer of choice tonight as long as I can read inside of caps.
