Installed a Harman, drank a growler, and had deep fried cornish game hens.

Photo of hens were in the keeping warm phase on charcoal. This constitutes a pellet/beer post.

A loaf of oat bread out of my wood cook stove. OMG is it good! It would go great with those hens and beer!

Getting ready for our annual crawfish bash, waiting for 70 lbs. of live critters now from Louisiana. Will post photo's of prep and bash as the day progresses. There will be a lot of beer consumed.Here is a photo from last year, we were forced inside due to the weather

Well here is a little photo essay of the bash from delivery, culling, boil seasoning and prep to the cunsumption. They were great, every year we think we are getting better and this is our 8th.

It was Mad Dog, the wives head elsewhere because they are not into this anymore and it gives me some quality time with a bunch of my buddies and their kids and my son who eventually arrived from the Yanks Red Sox game.

When the home team is this far ahead. And there is a beer special for the night, you get bored fans and this happens.
