Now you're talking Shaefer. I grew up on that stuff. "Shaefer is the one beer to have if you're having more than one!" Want me to sing it for you?

$.25 for a 10 oz. glass in NY state when I was 18.

Up here and you'd be floating down the brook along with the local muskrat that lost his old beaver digs, water all the way past the attic. We have had somewhere between 5 and 7 inches of rain since yesterday morning and it didn't really get going until late last night. Rather wet outside and still raining here.

Looking on and off all night. Upcoming week looks dreary. Pellet stove could be needed, never ran it in June.

Well, the well ain't about to go dry. I think June and July's rain has all fallen by now. It is still raining, not anywhere near as hard but still more than enough for now. Hopefully we can get the rest of the garden in sometime shortly.

That save$ chap is way ahead of me, his garden will be all harvested before I do my first batch of tomato sauce.

21 pages of posts and maybe 3 about pellets. Moved to the nook. Personally I don't think they go together well at all. Pellets make the beer flat and taste like sawdust.
