i have a 1999 englander 25-pdv/55-shp22 pellet stove and at heat setting three i get to much fuel to burn right. Stove has new blowers and gaskets all the way around and a three inch fresh air inlet any ideas.

check behind the baffles for ash buildup , especially the small one to the lower left , look in and back looking along the level of the bottom of the doorfram you can see all the way back to the exhaust blower through there

will give it a try when it is over 20 but don't know when that will be

Yep, as Mike said, check for ash build-up....sounds like a classic case of "dirty stove".

well stove is as clean as it can get wire brushed for about an hour, dont own a leaf blower but do have a 5hp shop vac, think that should be about the same. but now it is 35 and raining so its turned off we will see when the temp drops agin
