just called around GT came down to 219 she isnt sure if you can use the 10% coupon because she says they are discounted already, she would need a coupon to scan to see if it will work but the mgr said No at first so im assuming the end result would be No if i got there

I don't see why they wouldn't allow you to use a 10% coupon. I used it when they were $197/ton in the fall. Then again they were the regular bags and at least the Lowes around me now have the "special" platinum bags. Even though we know they are the same as the regular bags Lowes says they are much better. Heck they say platinum on the bag so they must be better right? I actually picked up three bags of the optimum just to see and I thought they had a LOT more dust in the bags and they produced a lot more carbon buildup in my burnpot.

because they were " discounted " already i think they have been taking a hit on pellets to be honest and their creeping their way out of it break it down in your mind @ 175 per ton where is the money? from sawdust to your stove lot of machinery fuel and paychecks

I agree with you but what I am saying is that i dont think the coupon says anything about already discounted items. If they want to play slimy i wont be buying from them.

you could have a few months ago. then i got my house broken into i spent a quite a bit since then. im secured pretty tight now i see the chipmunks to deer if they cross my perimeter

matter a fact it was using lowes coupons at TSC they told me yes on the phone, when i got there they said no the girl didnt know what she was talking about

I haven't tried using the Lowes coupon at tsc but the home depots around here.let you use the Lowes coupons. Saw mwp this weekend at Hd for 4.38/bag. Thinking bout hitting them up for some this weekend.

Been wanting to schedule a "GTG" like the guys in the Hearth Room do at Woodstocks (Soapstone Stove) Factory. They had a pretty good turn out. With people as far as Michigan making it out.

I personally think a tour of Englander would be a pretty good time.. Im pretty far away myself. But a Roadtrip with a close Forum member, or not, with a Tour of the facility. Also may get a peak at the New "Beer Can" from Englander, that Mike has spoke of.

Just a thought. But I'd be down.
