A friend of mine has a 25pdv stove. He installed it ~3 weeks ago. Today I was checking it out and he was showing me some of its features. The hopper is really hot.. it was getting empty, so we were able to touch the inside sides. They were hot enough that we could not hold our hands against the angled sides. Stove was set set at 3 and 3. Curious if this was normal. I also noticed his exhaust pipe is a lot hotter than mine on my ancient Harman(80s era pellet pro).
