Wow, what a pile. It was outside on the front porch, covered with a tarp. No blower. Baffle boards totally junk, with big pieces in the bottom. A bunch of broken bricks, still full of ash, the inside was coated with creosote, and the glass was worse than mine has ever been (and that's pretty bad). I offered $200, and she said she had somebody else coming. Good luck.
 
Good move. See if she calls you back when the "other guy" doesn't buy it either ;).
