Yah, it looks good. Almost too good... I see that the side cover is new. I would pop off the side cover and bar and see if there is ~any~ wobble in the bearings. I got a 660 once for about that price and I got it home and realized that the bearings were fried. Too expensive to fix/replace, and to split the cases on those saws are a real PITA and take special tools. So I parted it out on Ebay for a good profit, so no loss. Not what I wanted to do with that saw though.
If it oils the chain and starts/runs good and the bearings are tight, I would say snap it up. It would be gone by now here. The Stihl hounds lurk on CL in the PNW. That is a good size bar for that saw too.
