Tomorrow I go in for a hip replacement so I'll
be out of commision for awhile.

Kenny, my best GF had a hip in August, she's doing great!!

She says when she croaks, we need to take her to the recycling center, instead of the funeral home, lol !!

Good luck with the hip replacement too Kenny! My wife just had both knees replaced and they say recovery is easier with hip replacement.. Everyone we talked to stresses to push yourself after surgery with therapy it will help alot.. My wife begins work again this friday after months of medical leave..

Wish my daughter would make me a grandad but she say's don't hold my breath!...so, instead we went out and got us a pup yesterday, close enough I guess!

Kenny I hope the surgery wasn't too bad and that you and your new hip are doing well. My friend's dad got a new hip this summer. Now 83 years old and he's finally going on his dream trip to England for Christmas with his son and grandson.

KC, congrats on the grandbaby. Hope the hip surgery went well. Sorry to join into this conversation so late, sure you'll give us some details of the surgery and recovery.
