Check your door gaskets,we just bought this stove this fall and had to tighten ours when i saw through the gasket around the door latch.REMEMBER,snug is fine,don't overtighten and break or bend it.Hope this solves at least 1 problem.
 
Thanks............I will be checking mine the next time the stove cools down.
 
It's normal for a gasket to do this.It's also in your manual.It just flattens some under the constant pressure.
