Hello

My stove can handle most pellets so I do not have this problem, but my neighbor had a batch of Infernos that were binding and it was too late to return them. So he was told to mix in a quarter of a teaspoon of graphite in the hopper with the pellets!!!

He said it worked great. Maybe this could be our new song?? LOL

Has anyone else tried this??
