after following several messages I have received from very disappointed users of their stove or rather their retailer who told them that their stove would work alone, with no adjustment needed, the retailer had no need to go on site to adjust their stove. And where left alone with a bonus price; the user manual and in some cases even a 1-800 –find your problem
If you’re shopping for a pellet stove please avoid dealers that make you believe that a pellet stove works alone and needs no adjustment no cleaning etc… If not we will meet you here or elsewhere on forums asking for help that you will not have receive from your super retailer. There are in some exceptions that not much to do with the stove quality but more with house and stove co-habitation ( where the exchange of air is perfect for the stove ).
