Alderlea T4 Clearance Question

Doing some final measurements for stove placement. According to the link below (same as paper installation Guide). Last diagram on page 8. It shows for double wall connector corner installation 3"stove to walls at corners and 15.625 from wall to center of stove pipe. That doesn't compute in real life. If If I have 3" at the corner it is only 14.75 to the center of the pipe not 15.625".

I built my hearth according to PE's Canadian specs/size plus one inch which would allow me to move it out a little if need be, but I really want it back as far as possible. The extra inch may also cause a truss clearance issue. Haven't drilled a hole yet, it's close.

BTW the Canadian hearth spec is a little larger than the listed US specs, but I believe it is the same as the new US spec.

Which is correct?
