    There is a recipe in the "New Complete Joy of Homebrewing" by Charlie Papazian called "Holiday Cheer". I haven't brewed it, but it looks good.

    We haven't bottled our pumpkin beer yet, but we're looking for a good Christmas brew to plan as well. We will have to try that one? We've also got hard apple cider fermenting and a Munich that's ready to drink.
