This guy was at the Tupper Lake Woodsmen's Days last weekend, this was one of the best I saw. Just found this picture with the eagle and flag, I think it was going for $500.00.

We're not suffering too badly up where we are. It's muggy and warm this morning, didn't even need my shirt-jacket going into work. Down state in the northern lower they've had some pretty severe thunderstorms as the cooler front moving through is squeezing the moisture out of the air. We could certainly use it at my place. It's been feast or famine for the rainfall this year. I don't do well in the heat, which is one of the reasons I live this far north!

Muggy and close to 90 today with rain and thunderstorms Friday, the last week we have been getting some rain at night. I have to say that so far it's been a great summer for the wood stacks.
