This photo shows 3 trunks. It's all the same tree. The trunk in the middle is the oldest and more indicative of the bark the other trees of the same kind in the area. What kind of tree is this?

Wow! Nice work, Rebel! I don't have any Tulip ready for felling like you have. I've got my tree stand on a tulip. Straight, narrow and tall trunk. Probably a 65' tall tree.

Thanks! I don't guess it was really "ready" to come down. It was alive as could be but right in the path were a new barb wire fence has to go. I was wanting to try some poplar so this was my chance.
