Anti-Freeze or Water?

I vote for anti-freeze at low temp to purge and final running. A frozen slab is a nightmare, if it happens your going to be renting those ground thawing blankets or waiting till spring and possible damage. remember that you need to have objects in barn to absorb the radiant heat rays
 
Is this enough stuff to absorb?
