I've narrowed my install down to a spot we'd like it. I want to make sure I won't run into any trouble with it being in front of a wall with a window. The rear clearances will be met of course. There are no drapes or curtains (and won't be) just blinds. Seems to be the best use of the small space we have available (13 x 16 living room).

Looks ok. FWIW your living room is not that small. Sectional sofas take a lot of space.
