Anybody ever see one of these stoves?

He says he can't install it because it's not UL rated. HUH?
NFPA 211 is out there exactly for situations like this.
If he installs the stove 36" from everything combustible,
it'll be safe according to the guidelines of the spec...
 
Sounds like he doesn't like/want it and said that

That's also up to the AHJ. Some would not allow it anyway because they are trained to look for the UL testing and manuals. Also some insurance companies would drop his coverage if that was installed.
