I figured since there was a spirited discussion going on about ICFs I'd ask about SIPs. I'm considering them for an addition on our house. I plan on DIYing the whole thing (it's going to be built on piers with a crawl space) so doing the walls and roof in one day would be a huge help. Anyone use these?

Never used them, but have read good and bad about them, like most things. When I looked into them, the price was out of sight. Curious: How do they compare, money wise, w/ a stick house w/ pre-fab walls? I am considering having my walls prefab'd out of Canada.
