At least around here for a bundle. This is at sphincter-mart...at gas stations and convenience stores its $ 6-8 a bundle...6 or 7 pieces. Wow. I can get a permit to go cut my own for $5 per cord of dead standing. Free if its down.

In New York state , It has to be kiln dried , in order to be sold like that , if it is transported further than 50 miles from its source. Around here that is about $665 / cord and is usually mixed with pine. Electric heat is cheaper than that.
