On lower burn I get a lot of ash build up in pot. If on lower burn to long pot will fill with ash and pellets will bounce out of burn pot and into ash tray. Do I need to change one of the 3 don't touch bottoms? Thanks

That definitely shouldn't happen. It won't burn as clean on low and you will get more ash, but the pellets bouncing out or overflowing isn't normal. With the LFF on factory setting, try bumping up LBA one notch at a time. Give it a good long test each time you go up a notch so you can see if it is making a difference. Usually 1-2 clicks will clean up your burn noticeably. This of course assumes that your stove is cleaned and exhaust isn't clogged or too restrictive. LBA may be able to overcome a longer or more restrictive exhaust venting, but it may require running it higher, which is louder and harder on the combustion blower.
Also, make sure you're vacuuming under the burn pot when you clean the stove, scrape any buildup off the burnpot (check to make sure the holes are clear also) and that the burnpot sits flat in the cradle. Any of those things if overlooked can cause a dirty or incomplete burn.

First off, put the description of your stove in your profile so we know what you're talking about. On low burn, it sounds like you don't have enough air flow to blow the ash out of the burn pot. Depending on what stove you have, there are different ways to prevent that. Could be just that your air holes are clogged up. Who knows until we get more info.
