Had my stove running for 2 days and cleaned it this morning...on one side of my ash box I had a 2" clump of ash...it was a loose ash clump...wondering what causes this...also I had most of the ash located on that oneside of the ash box...I have a Thelin 3000 Parlour..overall burns great snd throws some great heat!!

Alot of the time a lump of ash on one side is where your exhaust fan is. It is most likely hidden behind some firebrick or whatever your stove uses. My Quad does the same thing alot more ash on the right side than the left. Low and behold that is where my exhaust fan is.
