The auger on my enviro maxx won't turn. The fan in the back of the unit isn't working either.
Small black fan that runs prior to delivering pelletts.
Any ideas?

Are you running a OAK?

Oak=Outside Air Kit.

If you are running one, check the clearance from the auger fan to that piping. The tolorence is very minimal and IF the OAK pipe is touching the auger fan it will ot allow the auger to move.

No, i'm not using outside air. Thanks for taking the time to help!

Have you checked to make sure the vacuum switch is working (can try a temporary by-pass to see if the auger begins)? Door sealing well, exhaust venting and internal pathways are clean? Hopper lid switch is connected and making contact?

Here's the troubleshooting manual with pics on how to properly jumper features ... make sure it is unplugged before you try any of this!! This is a very good manual for stoves in general.... page 39 for the auger bench test...
