Austroflamm model ?

Just got a new member to the family a Austroflamm. The previous owner said it was in the house when he bought it. Said he replaced the control board 2 years ago, other than that it has always worked great . Unfortunately he had no manual for it. I'm guessing it was made sometime in the 90's. So along with the stove It also came with 15ft of pipe, 4 90's the end cap and the hopper had 80lbs of pellets to boot He wanted 500.00 for it, felt that was a fair deal. I cant find the manufacturing date or what model it is.Also would like to find a manual, and a log kit if they make them for it. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Integra?

There should be a UL listing tag on the back, sides, or inside the hopper. It will have the Manuf Date and possibly the model.

Definitely looks like an Integra to me. For $500. Thats a great deal. Supposedly the Cadillac of stoves.

That is an Integra. Good find. I'm going to guess 1993 or 4

Ok....seems like you guys have the model figured out. Here is 2 more pictures. There is no stickers on the back and the one under the hoper is just some instructions. The picture under the burn pot shows no igniter, just a sensing probe.

That sensing probe.... Is no sensing probe. Thats an ignitor.

Looks alot like a FLHX 2006-08.

Regarding the stove I'm no help.

You guys are cracking me up . The bike indeed is a 2007 FLHX (street glide) and the sled is a 2006 MXZ renagage. So really that is a ignitor??? The control panel says, lite burn pot and close door, no mention on auto lite.

Might not be an ignitor. Some stoves that have an ignitor option, but dont have an ignitor, have just a rod to fill the void/hole in the pot.

Does it have wires going to the back of it?

Scott is best left to answer whether or not it is, or is not an ignitor. But wires attached to the back of that rod would be a dead giveaway.

how about plugging it in and seeing what happens? you cannot really be a pellet stove pig and wait until fall to play with the toys. FIRE'R UP! However, by the look of the tip on that igniter, I betcha it's broken...kinda hangin low to the left.

Yes, there are wires coming out of it and go into a very small circuit bord, then looks like out to the control board. I'll take a picture, but i have to move stuff out of the way first.... that way i can get you guys to concentrate on the stove

Nice deal on the stove. We like bikes and sleds too. I don't have a sled but have an '02 SV650. My everyday ride March through November.

The wires come out of it and go to this little control board then off to the main control board. I'm still thinking it might be a air sensor ???

Ok....after looking at the link and removing it from the stove....thats an ignitor for sure. Was burnt out .... darn no goodMy post above shows the wires going to that little circuit board, so thats wrong, they go to another board shown in picture below. I have included a picture of the control board witch has no indication of auto start. I'm wondering if this was added on, or when the previous owner replaced board, replaced it with the wrong one ? I would love to have the auto start, but not sure if i replace the ignitor if the system will activate.

Ok, now that we know what the thingy sticking out into the burn pot is, we need to know what the control board number is that the igniter plugged into, the instructions on that panel would work for manual lighting if you put some pellets in the burn pot and followed it.

But without knowing what that the control board is we don't know what it will actually do it may actually be an auto-light unit, there is also another astroflame igniter on that website the link I provided goes to the so called super igniter. You might want to dig around for that number and post it then Scott can likely answer the will replacing it work question. If I was playing with it, it would be outside, I'd give it a good cleaning, check all gaskets and replace as needed and try a manual light just for giggles before installing a new igniter. As for the igniter if you can match up the voltage, wattage, diameter and length you can likely get a generic one for a reasonable price at a local grainger.

the analog autroflammes used a daughter board to power up and power off the igniter. That small board is the daughter board, most likely ok...you need a new igniter though. 250w x 3/8" x 4" long

Ok....seems this is moving along well The pictures below are of what i found. The first is what i believe you to be stating as the sister board.The 2 ignitor wires conect to it. I noticed this is stuck to the cabinet by 2 sided sticky tape, seems like a add on to me. Next is the terminal block, the two black wires go into terminal 5 and 6, once again looks like added on, they are jumped into the terminal block. Finnally the last shows a picture of the main board. Thanks for the help

Little update..... I purchased a new ignitor and installed it in the stove. Turned on the switch and waited. After about 2 mins i had ignition. Stove seems to work properly, but the distribution fan is making noise so i orderd a new one. Thanks for all the help fellas.....

oooowwww. It's the tangential fan bushing...not the whole fan itself. Part is 12.00

Well i got it to stop vibrating, but after running about 10 mins it starts slowing down and makes a awful humming noise. Think the little motor is calling it quits.....going to keep that new unit coming. I will know in the future about the bushing.....thanks for the Tip .
