I got mine from Cozy Heat. I believe it was made by an outfit nearby MN or WI. A lot of the ebay ones are made in China and this was comparable in price to those. You can buy custom ones or higher priced ones also made here in USA. Dave was real helpful with my questions though to make sure I got the right model and how to mount it.
