I read there is going to be a biomass energy conference in Minnesota. I don't remember the day or place ( not much help am I) except that it was quite aways from me and when I should be either working or farming. It might be enlightening to go though and see if ther are any real dealers in the area that really no anything or have a product to sell. So far in my quest I have not found any other than Garn. Boy I wish I had listened many odd years ago. If anyone knows when it or goes it would be great to hear a report. Jim PS:This winter won't quit and I'm getting sick of cutting and burning all this wood.

Yes it was the one in Carlton that I saw. It did look interesting. I better be planting corn by then but it could be close this year if it doesn't warm up soon. Jim I hope you will be able to attend and give us a report. Jim

I would love to go, but the registration fee + overnight lodging, meals, etc. tend to break the bank. I understand the need to charge to pay costs, but I would hope exhibitors and industry could cover that so that the public could cruise the displays and hear the presentations.

For what it's worth, Thursday evening there is a "Free" open session from 6-8:30. If you're close by, it would be worth going to it. That's how I went last year, and this year we'll be exhibiting with Effecta and Windhager products.

Feel free to stop by and say Hi!

PS: I do intend to talk to the powers-that-be at the conference and request that there be some lower cost for the general public to get more people in the door.
