Just started a little here in NY, wood shed is stocked, fridge is full, snowblower gassed up. Everyone enjoy the snow, and be safe...

I wonder if Michigan is the only place where they consistently predict "historic" storms and we usually end up with 2-4". Will you get the twelve feet they are predicting??? Good luck!

It's shaping up to be a significant event here in the New York area...I will post some photos when I start digging out...I think we have a good 14-16" now, drifts much higher, and still coming down hard...

Where in New York? You must be south of Albany.

better there than here !!

Just got back in, solid 21-24" snowfall here, drifts are huge...

jealous!! :(

We haven't had a significant snowfall for a few years. I don't ever recall having anything over 15" at any time in my life. Still waiting to try my "new" blower I bought a couple years ago out on something more than 6".

We have only about 8" on the ground here, usually have about 18-24" in a normal year at this time. Almost 30" in NYC is unreal, but most of it will probably be melted by this time next week.

This was when I got up this morning. And the snow is just now stopping around midnight.
