raked all the hot coals together to sift the finer ash into the ash pan and here is what I got

Looks like a nice hot fire.
Good clean burning heat there.
I do that to mine for 1 hour on high, then lay a split on the coals & burn on high for 1 hour to reduce the coals to ash
before loading the stove . More room for wood.
