    Finally got around to bottling the cider. About 1/3d is bottled still and 2/3ds bottled with back carbonation. It came out pretty good for a first attempt. Light and dry, but distinctly apple. We used the dishwasher as a stage to hold the sanitized bottles and to catch any drips and spills. My son did the filling and I did the capping. I hope I got the carbonation right. The bottles are in my office!

    We hope to make our first batch of beer tomorrow. Fun stuff.

    Thanks. I batch primed. Will check a bottle in a couple weeks to see how it's doing.
