If i putt my feed panel control at # 2 # 3 or # 4 the flame is never consistent :low to hight and /or hight to low.......
whatever what # i input...........when the feed motor is turning........sometime nothing fall in the firebox........ sometime more.......
sometimes i ear the auger motor turn...and nothing goes down and sometimes 2 times in a row nothing fall in the firepot.
so my burning flame is never the same.........
when i bought it( used... just 3 months old this spring)....i saw it working well.
i install it 2 months ago. i burn 7 X 40pounds LG PREMIUM PELLETS so far.
since the beginning pellets feeds are weird.
any guess? guys

i did buy 3 tons....and putt it the cave on wood pallets..........not on the ciment....so no humidity......

the lenght of the pellets look like ok......... .375 to 1.117 inches
