Do you mean it isn't throwing much heat?

What pellets are they burning? Gotta have good pellets to get da heat!

No, we are cleaning it as we speak dirty hands and all, The question at hand was does anybody know the btu's range of this unit?
We did discover a very nasty and plugged blower fan.
 
I want to say 45,000 BTU's total. But its been a long time on that one. Maybe 48,000 max.
