broken screew [Harman Accentra FS]

    Hello.

    One of our members has an 8 years old Accentra FS and had problems with feeder :

    - the screw seems to be broken (more than an inch is missing !!! ) :

    - pellet didn't fall in the feeder, before cleaning screw's back :

    All is right after cleaning and the stove provide as great heating as it was brand new :D
