Hi - Don't have to much information as I am posting for a friend.

They have a buffalo pellet stove.

Stove does not power off - it just stops burning after awhile it will stop feeding and the pellets will overflow the burn pot and then it throws the code FA1 - which means no file in burn chamber. The manual says stove is either out of pellets or the ignition of pellets during startup failed.

They have tried all of the corrected actions and nothing helps.

Any suggestions.

Thanks.

Sounds like no enough air for combustion
When was the last complete cleaning including all hidden ash traps ?
Some more info on what happens would be of benefit to help with your problem

Stove was completely cleaned last month. I have updated the post with information. See above or below

Question ? How could the stove stop feeding pellets and still over flow the burn pot???

It says it's an overheat condition ... is it actually overheating? Try replacing this: Failed exhaust blower snap switch
