Building code for pellet stove vent?

How far from the property line must a chimney (pellet stove) be? I can't seem to find anything online about that. We want to put in an exterior vertical vent that will end above the roof line, but we probably only own 3 feet on the side of our house. Thanks! BTW, we're in NH.
 
i do not think building code, ,nor NFPA code adress this , i know the pipe termination muct be sevearl ft (i think 7 ft) above any public walkway , but i do not believe there is a code specification for proximity to a property line.

that said , i may be wrong (i dont think so) so check with your local code official, fire dept , and or building inspector for their read on it. as far as i know its considered a chimney and therefore is not affected as it is part of the structure, so as long as it does not cross the property line you shouldnt have an issue
