Hi Guys,
I have 2 pellet master stoves I am going to use this year I picked up cheap, a Pm-3000 Titan I am going to put in my cabin this week and a PM-5000 that I have already put in my garage. I think I lucked out and pretty much got the burn ring slits cleaned out so they pass good air but my question is this...... How do you get those stinking flathead screws out of the top of the burn ring 10620734_10202779053663018_6775023860834985088_n.jpg if you want to do a more thorough cleaning? I have sprayed them with everything I have and I cant get them to budge. Any ideas?

Thanks, Tim

I have a Quad Contour / Santa Fe where one of the burn pot bolt broke in half when I was trying to remove it.!

Problem was, they did not use hard Stainless Steel bolts

I replaced the bolts with Stainless Steel.

In your case you may have to drill them out!
I had to drill out a Thumb screw bolt on a Harman Invincible right side baffle. I was lucky and retapped it the same size with a Tap and die set from Home Depot!
It was 1/4 x 20 bolt.

Hope this helps.

Please post a pic of your bolt so we can see the issue clearly.
Thanks

Quad contour looks perdy now.

Hi. Thanks for the reply, but as these ring parts are hard to come by these days, I really didnt want to go that way until I absolutely had too. As long as it still passes air decent I guess I will just leave the old girl alone. Lol

Welcome

Only 2 choices

Leave alone or go all the way!

That's right!!!!!!!

Interesting stove design. Like the doors, but no flow with on the rest of the stove. Round, square etc.

Hello

I would still like to see pics of the burn pot if you do not mind? Also do the pellets drop down from a chute? How does it feed?

Thanks
Don

will post some later. pellets feed from bottom
