I was wondering, has anyone burned camphor wood in their woodstove?
I have a bunch that was just cleared...and I don't know if it's even worth cutting/splitting.
It seems to be really lightweight...so probably not alot of BTUs.
...just curious.

Good point! Most of our burning here could be considered "shoulder season" anywhere else. Maybe the smell will keep insects away from the woodpile...

Burn it, there is a season for every wood. I would venture to say in FL for you that would be the ENTIRE season.
