Can anyone identify this stove?

Helping a friend out who just purchased a house. He want's to get a epa stove and liner to replace this. Is there any value to this stove? He was just going to throw it away.

I have no clue on it's mfg, but I'd put it on Craigslist for $300 obo before I scrapped it.
 
Doors kinda look like Vermont castings
Definitely sell it
