Can anyone please help me identify this stove

Hi,

Did an inspection on this stove today and have never seen this before, can someone please help me identify this stove. Not sure if this tag was for the stove. The handle was labeled stove works and the tag says model 10, but I have never heard of it. Thanks in advance for your input.
