I'm told it's an Amity wood burning stove (and UL listed) but I can't find anything beyond that.

I'm looking to install through my existing fire place chimney.

My first post in this forum. Thanks for any help!

if it is ul listed there should be a something on the stove is there?

Okay, got some more information:

"UL listed 1482, Model Name Amity, year 1982 serial # 1310587"

Amity is the make, right?

I'm basically wondering if this is a serviceable stove and where (if anywhere) I may find a manual.

Thanks again!

Make sure you take a REAL good look inside and out of that stove. Looks like that ol girl has seen some heat in its day.

Amity. Company has been gone since mid 80's. very basic heat machine-old tech. 36 inches to anything. Only way yer gonna get info is if someone has it laying around. Good luck
