This is strange, the table on settings no longer lists most for Stihl's, but does for Huskys.

Sorry about the table losing columns, apparently it didn't like copy and paste.
 
Are you asking about the H and L screws? I always start 1 full turn from fully seated for both then fine tune from there. If you have a tach that will help you set the max RPM with the H screw as shown in the list FW Bandit posted above. Looks like 12,500 is where you want to be, 2,800 for idle.
 
The standard carb settings (number of turns) are in the operators manual, which you may download from the Stihl website.

If there was a muff mod performed on the saw, factory rpm settings will not be appropriate. And if there are limiter caps on the carb screws, you'll need to pull or trim those for adjustment.
