    I don't think 200K btu is too much capacity for this house in this climate.

    Hi Eric,

    That is a nice place. I have a colleague that lives on Marvin street who says that he used to get really drunk at that house.

    I can see it is old and large so it does not surprise me you need 200K BTU. I will come and take a closer look next week.
