Bought a Castle Serenity last March as everyone that has this stove seems to love it. Got around to installing it a few weeks ago, and this morning the house got down to 62 overnight so I did the first test burn. Started up good, threw out good heat, and I'm really happy with how quiet this stove runs. Impressed so far.

P1020695_Fotor.jpg Fired up my newly installed Serenity for the first time yesterday morning. All good so far. New to pellet burning so I'm sure I will have some questions as I go along. I am glad I'm not the only Serenity owner here!

Hello, fellow members.

Installed stove August, 2015. Fired her up last weekend , outside temperature reached 49F in the mountains. Wow, what a great heat output. only problem - couldn't keep it running overnight, it started to smell like burnt rubber/paint. Had to shut it down for fear of CO2 poisoning.

Question on my new serenity...This maybe a stupid question but is there a power cord for the control model? I see a spot in the back of the control module where power could be plugged in. The stove won't turn on so I gotta be missing something unless the control module is wireless? The stove only came with one power cord....the one that plus in at bottom near on/off switch.

Thanks

The control panel is attached by a ribbon cable. That's what powers it

There should be the ribbon cable as marina said,it should have been sticking out of the rear panel at the top might wanna pull the rear panel loose and see if it fell down in.If not give Ardisam a call and they will get one to you.
