For those that fire a cat stove and use the long, low burns associated with them, does your stove glass stay clean? Mine gets a little brown on the left and right sides after awhile but the center always stays clear.
 
sometimes yes, sometimes no.

it depends on how the splits are stacked, how dry they are, and how the intake air is set on my own stove.

I can burn it for days ( day and night) with perfectly clean glass...

then one split falls, or I get one that isnt seasoned well and spews from the end.

then I get the brown artwork on the glass too.
