I cleaned the stove yesterday..firebox..glass..and took the two clean out doors off at the back of the stove to get to the channel leading to the exhaust fan. Nowbi cant get the left side cover that covers exhange tubes to set right..any ideas? It seems lime somethingb is stopping it and is always about 1/8 of an inch higher than the right one? Any help is appreciated..

Can you post a picture?

I'd look for crud, at the bottom as a first guess, stopping it from seating properly.
