UNPLUG THE POWER CORD. You will have to get into the rear of the unit, by removing the 5/16 screwa far enough to loosen the shrouds... Loosen the wing screws to remove the cover from the igniter cavity on the lower side of the burnpot. Clean all the fly ash out & loosen the (2) 1/4" hex head screws to free the igniter. Once it's loose, you should jiggle the wires - if you can - while looking at the rear to see where they come through the unit & are connected. Make sure the wires aren't secured with zip ties (cut the ties if they are secured) & pull the igniter wires gently through to the igniter cavity...Unplug the spades & remove the igniter assembly. You will have to bend the igniter assembly frame slightly in order to remove the igniter body, noting the position in the frame. Replace the igniter & bend the frame back straight. Plug the new one in, attach the assembly with the screws & pull the wires gently through to the back. Attach zip ties if needed...Assemble the back shrouds & put the cover back on the burnpot, plug her in & you should be good to go
