I see an older '90s Dodge all the time that has one in the back window.

Red Green put one in the Possum van by cutting a hole in the side, putting in a window unit, and wrapping duct tape all the way around the van.

My nephew is 8 and his father said he could get something while they were at the store and he asked for a roll of duct tape. Too funny!
